| Our CNC machining technology is state of the art and allows us effectively and efficiently to produce run quantities from prototype to production runs. We house a 2-axis CNC lathe, a 4-axis CNC machine and two 5-axis machines so that we are able to meet your design needs and specifications. Our large part CNC machine has a work envelope of 8' x 16'x 4', allowing us to machine large parts, however we are also capable of producing small tooling components. |

5 Axis CNC - Simultaneous control of 5 axis movement allows for the creation of complex shapes in a single set-up, reducing the amount of repositioning that is usually needed for 3D products.
