The same people who bring you patterns built to exacting detail can also supply your company with foam parts of any shape for any purpose; CNC cut to your design. Our expert CAD/CAM Programmers and support personnel will work closely with you to include every detail & adhere to every requirement on your project. Once you have the shape there are MANY options from there. You can coat your shape using certain urethane (& urethane based) coatings specially designed for use with One-pound density EPS foam. These can create a weatherproof & long living hard shell. Your product can then be textured stucco-like or smooth. We ship your foam shapes to you cut per your supplied drawing, specs, or CAD file, allowing you to apply your own texture, design, & artwork before installation.
