This newly developed composite material is set to replace certain Cast aluminum parts. Ideal for use in casting many aftermarket automotive parts, cast aluminum parts, or any other part you want to make lighter weight. Heat resistant to 350˚F, UV Resistant, with strengths that equal those of aluminum, and less expensive than aluminum or magnesium this composite could be the best choice. If you wish to make your product “Greener”-again this could be your solution, simply because the parts will use PRACTICALLY NO ENERGY to cast and will weigh less than traditionally cast metals. The use of this material also eliminates the high cost tooling associated with the requirements for short runs of aluminum die-casting.
