Local Business Contributed to Pentagon Memorial

Advanced Pattern Works, LLC. was recently honored with a Ceremony of Appreciation at Metaltek International in Pevely, MO for their contributions to the Pentagon Memorial Unit Project.

Lt. Gen. William G. Webster, a survivor of the attack, attended the ceremony along with representatives from all the businesses that collaborated on the memorial project. APW owner, James Pennebaker, attended as well as Lawrence Hubbman, Mike Cook, Ron Haldeman, Josh Haldeman, Jim Haldeman, Matt Jackson and Keith Reece.

The Pentagon Memorial is comprised of 184 "memorial units" in the form of benches. Each unit is dedicated to an individual who died when American Airlines Flight 77 crashed into the military headquarters on September 11, 2001.
