One of the main advantages of our CNC machining is our ability to produce highly accurate 3D parts quickly and efficiently. Not only does this result in a significant time savings for the client, but cost savings as well, because we can generally avoid material repositioning, resulting in low material waste. All of which will drive down the production costs for the client.
Also, we are able to machine production parts that feature a variety of workpiece features. From smooth walls and cavities of different depths to undercuts and features on multiple sides, our CNC capabilities allow us to rapidly produce parts that require a high level of complexity and accuracy. In addition, we are able to work with a variety of materials, including all ferrous and non-ferrous metals, steel, iron, wood, ceramics and plastics.
