Our CNC machining technology is state of the art and allows us to effectively and efficiently produce run quantities from prototype to production runs. We house a 2-axis CNC lathe, a 4-axis CNC machine and two 5-axis machines so that we are able to meet your design needs and specifications. Our large part CNC machine has a work envelope of 8′ x 16’x 4′, allowing us to machine large parts, however we are also capable of producing small tooling components.

Custom CNC Machining
We can meet any unique 3D part creation demands for our customers. Our CAD/CAM software enables us to program any pattern or image directly from our computer, which allows us the most in creative possibilities. From 2-Axis to 5-Axis, we have you covered.
CNC Production Parts
We are able to machine complex shapes in a single set-up resulting in highly accurate products quickly and efficiently. From smooth walls and cavities of different depths to undercuts and features on multiple sides, our CNC capabilities allow us to rapidly produce parts that require a high level of complexity and accuracy. In addition, we are able to work with a variety of materials, including all ferrous and non-ferrous metals, steel, iron, wood, ceramics and plastics.
Large Part CNC Machining
With a cutting area of 8′ x 16′ x 4′, our large part 5-axis CNC machine can create complex and highly accurate large parts to meet your needs. Often times, we have cut parts up to 32 feet long, as we can machine one end of the part and then flip it over and machine the opposite end; resulting in a processed part twice the length of the machine.
5 Axis CNC
Simultaneous control of 5 axis movement allows for the creation of complex shapes in a single set-up, reducing the amount of repositioning that is usually needed for 3D products. With its multi-axis machine movement, components are able to be finished in one set-up. Therefore, we are able to reduce the amount of material repositioning needed for most 3D products. This results in highly accurate products that are produced quickly and efficiently. In addition, our 5-axis machine features shorter cutters that enable very precise machining for your most complex designs.
Computer Modeling
Our state of the art CAD/CAM software allows us to move from traditional methods based on drawings to modern, computer-based three-dimensional modeling and machining. The use of 3D computer models removes the ambiguity inherent in 2D drawings, so reducing mistakes and rework, while adding our CNC machining allows accuracy and productivity to be increased and delivery times to be shortened. With our Mastercam software, we are able to create a variety of surfaces including surface projections, surface intersections, edge curves, slicing curves, and parting lines, in addition to efficient arc, circle, and fillet functions. We also feature built-in data converters, allowing us to accept files in a variety of formats, so that we can indeed make your design a reality.
